2. Information We Collect
Account & Profile Information
When you register for an account on our course platform (powered by Thinkific), we collect your name, email address, password (hashed), and any profile details you choose to provide.
Billing & Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal via Thinkific. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. We retain order records, transaction IDs, and billing amounts for accounting and legal compliance.
Course Enrollment & Learning Data
We collect data about the courses you enroll in, your progress through lessons, quiz results, completion certificates, and other learning activity within the platform.
Live Training Registrations
When you register for "Presentation Storytelling" live team training, we collect your name, email, company/team details, session preferences, and any information you provide in registration forms.
Forms & Support Communications
If you contact us for support, submit a form, or respond to surveys, we collect the information you provide including your name, email, and message content.
Automatically Collected Data
When you visit our sites, we automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location (country/region)
- Browser type, operating system, and device type
- Pages visited, time spent, referral source, and click paths
- Cookie identifiers and session data
From Service Providers
We may receive information about you from our service providers, such as Thinkific (course platform data), Stripe and PayPal (payment confirmation), and Google Analytics (aggregated usage statistics).

7. Retention

- Account & billing records: 7 years from last transaction (for tax and legal compliance)
- Support communications: 24 months from resolution
- Marketing data: Until you unsubscribe or 24 months of inactivity, whichever is first
- Google Analytics 4 data: 14 months
- Hotjar data: 12 months
- Course progress & completion data: For the lifetime of your active account
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

- Hashed and salted password storage
- Access controls and role-based permissions
- Infrastructure hosted on AWS with Cloudflare DDoS/CDN protection

Processes credit and debit card payments securely. PCI-DSS compliant.
Alternative payment processing. Operates under PayPal's own privacy policy.
Manages our email list, newsletter delivery, and marketing automation.
Website analytics. Data retention set to 14 months. IP anonymization enabled.
Heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback tools. Data retained 12 months.
Backend infrastructure and hosting. Data stored in U.S. regions.
Traffic routing, DDoS protection, and CDN services.
Hosts and delivers our course video content. May collect viewer analytics.
Manages and deploys marketing and analytics tags on our site.
Protects forms from automated spam and abuse.
Advertising and conversion tracking for Facebook/Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns.
